After a bit of a hiatus, we are back with an epic installment just in time to kick of summer in style!
The festivities begin with a brief recap of this week’s “Viva Los Feliz: A More Perfect Union”. Then, Phil sits down with Neighborhood Council District B representative Olsen Ebright to get better acquainted, and to discuss community involvement, journalism and dating apps!
Next up, Phil gets together with District A representative (and true daughter of Los Feliz) Devin Homsey to celebrate the return of the Los Feliz Farmers Market, and to discuss parenthood, pool sharks and … dating apps!!!
Finally, Phil attends the gala grand re-opening of the Farmers Market with his good buddy, lifelong local Dan Tynan. Afterwards, the two retire to a bird’s eye view of the event for delicious cocktails and an even more delicious conversation about the joys of walking, of seasonal eating, and of great memories from farmers markets past.
As ever, Phil receives much-needed support from his trusty announcer Marc Hershon and his intrepid musical director Jon Lawlor.
